  • Urgent matters:  If you are a current client with an urgent matter that you believe cannot wait until business hours, call our office and follow the telephone prompts to:
    • Make an urgent appointment (We will make appointments starting at 8AM the following day).
    • Request a last-minute medication refill (Please note that it is the client's responsibility to make refill requests 5 days before running out of medications.
Urgent refills are only filled at the discretion of the doctor and most refill requests will be evaluated during business hours.)
    • If you feel that you need to speak with your provider afterhours, it is likely that your situation is emergent and would be better served by calling emergency or crisis services. Otherwise, you may leave a message with our answering service. A staff member will triage messages immediately, but only truly urgent calls will be sent to the physician on call. Other calls will be answered during business hours.
